Policy and Procedures


Wedding & Event Venue fee $ 500.00

Pavilion Exclusive Rental all day $ 350.00

½ day (before or after 3pm) $ 200.00

Includes 75 chairs & 12 tables

Propane Heaters $20 each (includes propane)

Cressets (fire pots) 7 cressets with wood and required attendant

for 3 hours $ 100.00

Catering provided by Amis Mill Events & Catering and individually prepared to fit each event and budget.

Tents, additional chairs and tables available through outside vendor, please inquire

Renters must remove flowers, decorations, equipment/supplies and all personal items immediately upon completion of event. Garbage must be collected, bagged and placed in dumpster behind Amis Mill Eatery.

Rehearsals are not guaranteed private and are dependent upon facility availability.

Wedding & Event Venue fee due upon reserving date. Bridal Cabin (please refer to Cabin Policies) Additional fees due 10 days prior to scheduled event.

Cancellations must be made 120 days prior to scheduled event date to receive reimbursement.

No outside food allowed except wedding or occasion cakes.

Credit Card information and copy of Drivers License will be accepted in lieu of damage deposit and will be charged in the event of damage.

Alcohol is allowed. Beer must be purchased from Amis Mill Eatery Beer Licensee. All State of Tennessee laws pertaining to alcohol and beer must be observed. Serving to or consumption by anyone under 21 will not be tolerated. Alcoholic beverages may be sold only by permission and with “Special Occasion License” from the State.

Inappropriate behavior, intoxication, offensive language or music, exposure to liability and damage to property or injury to individuals will not be tolerated and event will be terminated.
